'Livinoid Emosia' represents currently the most advanced level of realism for virtual (game or simulation) characters possible !
Like the name implies, it supports realistic and human-like emotions, feelings and state of mind for your game or simulation.
All species/Livinoids in need for emotions can use this system and it is even so that Livinoid Emosia supports primitive intelligence like for a cat or dog. The interaction between emotions (the limbic system) and other regions (both lower - like 'snake brain' and higher like 'frontal cortex') is important and that is why the basics of intelligence are situated in a Livinoid Emosia. In order to have these realistic emotions and feelings in a livinoid Emosia, Livinoid Physisia is essential ! Therefore, Livinoid Physisia is part of Livinoid Emosia.
For some Livinoids/species, like already mentioned, like cat, dogs and other vertebrates with a minimal intelligence, Livinoid Emosia is the level needed.
Some examples influences :
If one is exhausted (for instance on a battlefield or a sports game), the emotional thresholds will be snappier than if one is more relaxed.
A female Livinoid having her periods reacts emotionally differently than normally. The same applies for a male Livinoid having his virtual pants full of lust but no way of releasing. The latter will possibly result in lots of frustration and all unwanted outcomes of that …
Like in real life, everything is influenced by emotions and Livinoid Emosia supports this ! A Livinoid Emosia can get influenced by someone it ‘doesn’t like’ due to religious background, a dispute in the past, his/her color of skin or political conviction for instance. It can get angry, agitated, furious or even suicidal because of this !
A soldier with a phobia for rats will react on rats in his surroundings and the game or simulation designer could simulate tunnel vision in the HUD due to this. This could result in a possible faster death for the soldier because the focus and clear image is on the rat and not on the enemy (blurred out ?) … … a huge improvement in user experience for your game or simulation !
Even the environmental factors like temperature, wind (speed) and humidity or night and day play a role on the state of mind ! In reality, people get faster agitated in warm damp weather. In the world of Livinoids, the same applies ! Again, no statistical model, but realistic reactions based on the individual parameters of the Livinoid ! Not everybody reacts the same to stimuli or conditions and that is also absolutely the case for Livinoids ! No two Livinoids are exactly the same …
Bring your game or simulation to the next level and imagine how much more reality, possibility and user experience can be added to your game or simulation thanks to Livinoids !
